In the coming weeks, Ben Dunne Gyms are introducing a wide range of classes free of charge in all our clubs:

- Pilates
- Kettlebells
- Spinning
- Bootcamps
- Yoga
- Aerobics
- Zumba


The classes will run early morning to mid morning and also evening times.

Please look out for the New class timetable in your nearest Ben Dunne Gym and let us know what you think of the quality of the classes.
